How to test Tensile Strength, Adhesive Strength of EVA Film laminated glass?

[Universal Testing Machine]
We can use this equipment to test the Tensile Strength of EVA Film, and also the Peeling Strength(equal to Adhesive Strength) between the EVA Film and Glass surface, or between the polymer sheet surface and EVA Film after heating(cross-linked).

How to test Impact Resistance of EVA Film laminated glass?

[Impact Testing Equipment]
You can use this to test the Impact Resistance of the laminated glass made of the EVA Film.

How to test Aging Resistance(equal to UV Radiation Resistance)?

[UV Radiation Accelerating Aging Tester]
Accelerated Aging Tester adopts fluorescent UV light UVA-340 and the water-spray system in order to imitate the damage of sunlight, rain, humidity etc.
The EVA laminated glass samples is under UV radiation damage and the water spray damage circularly. The damage intensity would be more than 10 times of the damage in the natural environment.
The damage is like: fading, changing color, delamination, haze, bubbles, embrittlement , aging, oxidation etc.

How to test Heat Resistance, Humidity Resistance and Weather Resistance of EVA Film laminated glass?

[Constant Temperature and Humidity Test]
You can test EVA Film laminated glass under great humidity environment or high temperature.
And you can also test EVA Film laminated glass under cold and hot circling environment, like -40degree C for 30 minutes and 85 degree C for 30 minutes as a circle

How to test the Haze of EVA Film laminated glass?

[Haze Tester]
You can test the haze of the laminated glass made of EVA Film, and also the transmittance of laminated glass made of EVA Film.

How to test Cross-link rate of EVA Film laminated glass after heating?

[Testing System for Gel Content Determination of Cross-link of Laminated EVA Film]
To see how many percent of gel content of the EVA Film after laminating heating (after cross link reacted). Which equals to how many percentage of EVA FILM is cross-linked.

How to test Transmission Values of UV(ultraviolet radiation), Visible Light and Infrared Ray of EVA FILM laminated glass in easy way?

[Laminated Glass Spectrometer]
It is able to simultaneously measure the Transmission Values of UV(ultraviolet radiation), Visible Light and Infrared Ray. The Spectrometer is self-contained light sources and automatic calibration. No man-driven adjustment is needed. The users only need to plug the power supply, turn on the switch and put the Laminated Glass in the opening. Then the measure data would appear on the display automatically.

How to UV Radiation Blacked Rate of EVA Film laminated glass?

[Spectrophotometer]:
Test the UV radiation blacked rate of laminated glass made of EVA Film. You can test the blacked rate at different wave-length.

WHY EVAFORCE® EXTREME-CURVED INTERLAYER FILM BETTER FOR CURVED LAMINATED GLASS?

WHY EVAFORCE® EXTREME-CURVED INTERLAYER FILM BETTER FOR CURVED LAMINATED GLASS by Peter Lin

WHY EVAFORCE® EXTREME-CURVED INTERLAYER FILM BETTER FOR CURVED LAMINATED GLASS?
BY PETER LIN

Why this extreme curve Eva is better fro curve glass, What the special quality does it have?

EVAFORCE® EXTREME-CURVED INTERLAYER FILM owns advanced modified mechanical properties, like adhesive strength, to avoid the potential de-lamination of the stress of curved glass.

This EVA is Super clear, if I compare this product with other this is better regarding to Transparency?

EVAFORCE® EXTREME-CURVED INTERLAYER FILM is better at optical transparency, because it’s the lowest in haze.

For curve glass what the best thickness of the film? why?

Depends on the how curve it is and the flexion square size.
If the curve is light, then 0.38mm EVAFORCE® EXTREME-CURVED INTERLAYER FILM is OK, if the curve is deep, then we suggest 0.76mm EVAFORCE® EXTREME-CURVED INTERLAYER FILM.

The silicon bag for curve glass is the same used in the flat glass, how the correct procedures to laminate a curve glass?

For processing curved glass, the time and temperature of heating and vacuuming is the same. But the vacuuming value should be adjusted to avoid the stress is too high to break the curve glass.

When I supposed to use more than one Eva film between 2 glass?

We have 0.38mm and 0.76 mm thickness EVA FILM, you can choose the thickness that meets the situation.
Yes, you can use two layers EVA FILM to laminate together, but if you need to laminate 0.76mm thickness, one layer of 0.76mm choice is better than 2 layers 0.38 together. Because there will be some air between two layers EVA FILM.
But if you need thicker EVA FILM, then you can use too layers of 0.76mm to get 1.52mm thickness EVA FILM.
How much thickness EVA FILM is needed? It depends on the situation, for example, if you laminate big size tempered(rough surface, uneven) glass, then we suggest you use 0.76mm or thicker.

I always have to use the green tape? when exactly it is required? for example with curve glass I have to use it?

The use of green tape is not essential, you can choose to use or choose not to use.
The function of green tape is to fix the pre-laminated glass, and sometimes it’s used to reduce overflow of EVA FILM when the heating temperature is high and time is long.
So, the use of green tape is decided by the laminating worker.
