Install Smart Glass Film to Fixed Windows in Self-Adhesive WayWith Sunlight Glue By Peter Shin www.HelloGlass.com

1.
Tools and materials:
Scraper, glove, clean tissue, ethanol(70%-90%), SUNLIGHT glue, Burette, Soft roll. (We can supply whole set tools for you.)

2.
Use black plastic film/cloth to cover the other size of windows to make the SUNLIGHT glue for smart glass film not solidify too fast.

3.
Hang the smart glass film onto window.

4.
Use rubber roller to roll smart glass film onto window to check the dust on the window surface.

5.
Double check there is no dust on the window surface.

6.
Lift the smart film carefully to clean dust.

7.
Use transparent tape to seal the right side, left side and down side of the smart glass film to make a “bag”.

8.
Drop Sunlight glue at the top into the “bag”.

9.
Sunlight glue will go down by itself.

10.
Use rubber roller to roll the smart film from down to up to disperse the Sunlight glue.

11.
Roll softly and slowly to avoid the bubbles.

12.
No matter whether there is bubbles left or not, please double roll the smart film to make sure the glue is well partitioned. At this time, please roll the smart glass film from center to edges.

13.
Use a pair of magnet to adjust the place where the Sunlight Glue is still not well partitioned.

14.
Use ethanol to clean the smart glass film.

15.
The Sunlight glue will solidify by itself.

16.
The installation of smart glass film in self-adhesive way is done.

Notes of Installation of the Smart Glass Film:
1.
The special SUNLIGHT Glue only require sunlight to solidify. 2.
Before the the SUNLIGHT Glue is solidified, you can re-do the procedure to clean dust or eliminate bubbles if you find them after installation.
3.
The solidifying may finish in several minutes in great sunlight or takes a day in the indoor environment, So if you need long time to install smart glass(Suppose it’s your first time), you can use a black paper to cover the other side of the window to avoid the sunlight.

SGP FILM is specially modified PVB interlayer film.

But some CHINA PVB MANUFACTUERS is keeping making progess in modification of PVB FILM properties.
The properties of PVB Film in China is advanced modified in those years. And EVA Film in China makes great progress in structural performance proterties to replace PVB FlILM in some external application.
